A true one-stop shop - Haven’t met with an architect yet? Still need to select your block? No problem at all! Bring us your lofty ideas, even those drawings you’ve made on serviettes at the coffee table. That goes for both new homes and renovations, extensions and rebuilds. Bring us your ideas and we’ll do the rest!

Difference 4 : We’ll help you select your block of land FREE
Selecting the right property block is so important. And it can be hard to make the right decision, especially if this is your first time building a new home.
A member of our Shepperd Building team will meet you and one or more of the blocks of land you’re considering, helping talk through possible obstacles, possibilities, and other considerations. And we’ll do it before you sign any contract or spend a single dime with us.

Difference 5 : FREE interior design service
There is so much that goes into building or renovating a home—it can be overwhelming! When the time comes, our experienced and passionate team will work as your design and colour consultants. Bounce ideas off of us and lean on us to help you choose the right colours, tiles, cabinetry, and other details.

If we can take some of the stress and decision making out of the process for you, we will. That’s the idea behind our Silver Collection, a curated collection of top-tier appliances, fixtures, and fittings included in your price. You’ll always have the option to swap out for items you prefer, but we like to think this is one less thing you have to worry about. Especially handy for first-time builders!
