Be inspired by this gorgeous family home

The smart design of this house means that it functions just as well as a family home as it does as an entertainers domain.

A brick feature wall extends from the inside dining area and visually links into the outdoor kitchen. By using aluminium commercial sliding doors it provides a maximum door opening space and extends the living area for easy access to the outdoor kitchen.

With the sliding doors open, it shows how both indoor and outdoor spaces merge together, making it very user friendly for entertaining. A stunning polished concrete floor in the outdoor area provides an easy to clean, low maintenance floor area.

 Matte black accessories and tapware tie in with the window frame colour and concrete look tiles. Tile insert floor grates add to the beautiful contemporary styling.

Scyon Matrix cladding used for the veranda adds an architectural feature and assists with the look of this modern design.Large 190mm x 190mm Merbau posts blend with 140mm wide Merbau deck. The home wraps around the site to provide a sense of containment for the backyard garden area.

The home owners worked with Mark Penna from Penna Planning and Design to make sure the home met their own requirements. The shape of the site drove the architectural form of this house.
